A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior of home for seasonal insects. With our focus being up on all reachable eaves and soffits for carpenter bees and wasps. 3 small paper wasp nests that were starting on rear fence were knocked down and areas treated. As advised, we recommend painting or staining your fence, this may keep wasps and carpenter bees from nesting in and on the fence. Also 4 termite monitors were installed on the exterior corners of home. These monitors will be inspected in future visits for any termite activity. You reported carpenter ants in the tree in the front as well as shed and along the front of the home. We also spoke about the termite history of the home and it has no had any signs of termite or treatment. There wasn’t any activity either at this time. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points or conducive conditions. No entry points were present but the leaves around the foundation are a good place for ants, termites and other pests like to harbor against the home.
