After inspecting the interior, I noticed that you already sealed the breach, the yellow jackets made into your home. After I inspected the exterior and due to your guidance, I saw exactly where the yellow jackets entry point was into your home. I removed the cobwebs from the exterior of the home. I applied a liquid residual non-repellent treatment to the exterior of the home, the bottoms of windows, the entry point where the yellow jackets were nesting and the sides of doorways of a home. I applied an interior liquid treatment to all baseboards of the interior to eliminate possible pests. I also treated the basement with a spider repellent. Afterwards I treated the exterior with a broad spectrum liquid residual to prevent pests from entering your property. As I was treating the exterior I knocked down webs and performed a visual inspection and noticed no activity. Lastly, I installed four termite monitors on each corner on the exterior of the house. We spoke about the termite history of the home you had termites and it was mitigated before I found termite activity about 5 foot off the foundation in a stump. I treated for mice by placing rodent stations in the basement, garage and crawlspace. I treated throughout the home with a liquid residual For general insect control. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I placed a large rodent station in the trashcan area. I dusted the exterior of the home and interior of the garage for any visible cobwebs. Good morning it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your pest control initial service. You reported lots of mice in the home. I inspected and found lots of rodent droppings and saw one while I was speaking with you. I placed rodent stations in living area, crawlspace underneath the stairs in the kitchen pantry, laundry room, underneath the desk and in the bedrooms upstairs. All of them are hidden for safety reasons. I inspected the exterior for any entry points. I found a few. I will fill them when I come back for a follow up in a week.
